Your information.
Handled with care.

Who is responsible
This policy explains how Cubix Frame handles personal information through https://cubixframe.com, its enquiry form and related email conversations. For privacy questions or requests, email info@cubixframe.com.
The operator’s legal name, business location and contact address are awaiting confirmation for the published policy.
When you get in touch
The form collects your name, email address, business or creator selection, service interest, selected website language and project message. These details are used to answer your enquiry and discuss the work you request.
Enquiry forms are submitted directly to Formspree, a hosted form service. Once the form is activated, Formspree processes the submission and sends a notification to our enquiry mailbox. Your email address is used so we can reply. Emailing us directly also shares your message and the contact details included in it.
Name, email, audience selection and a project message are required to use the form; the service choice is optional. You can choose not to provide them, but we cannot send the form or reply without the necessary details. Please do not include passwords, payment information or sensitive personal information.
The website does not store enquiry content in its own database. Formspree may retain submissions and related technical information under its service terms and settings; delivered notifications are also held by our mailbox provider. We do not use enquiry content for AI processing or automated decisions.
Website operation and security
The hosting service may record technical information such as IP addresses, request times, pages requested, browser information and errors to deliver and protect the website.
Formspree handles spam filtering and may process technical information, including IP addresses, to protect the form. The website sends a hidden honeypot field with submissions. It no longer creates private IP-based rate-counter files on the web server.
Cookies and optional analytics
A first-party preference cookie, cubix_analytics_v1, remembers your analytics choice for up to 180 days. It is used to respect your choice. A separate first-party cookie, cubix_language, remembers your chosen website language for up to 180 days. Language is not selected from your location.
Google Analytics is currently not configured. No Google Analytics tag, requests or cookies are created, even if you select Accept analytics. If analytics is configured later, the website will ask for your choice again before loading it.
Before acceptance and after rejection, the Google tag stays blocked and no cookieless analytics pings are sent. Advertising consent remains denied. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. Rejecting stops future collection and removes accessible analytics cookies; it does not itself erase information already sent while consent was active. You can contact us about that information.
The website serves its fonts and images itself and does not embed advertising pixels or third-party video players.
Purposes and legal grounds
Where the GDPR applies, responding to an individual’s request for a potential project may be necessary to take steps before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b)). General enquiries and messages from business representatives are handled for the legitimate interest of communicating about our services (Article 6(1)(f)). Technical logs and proportionate abuse prevention serve the legitimate interest of keeping the website secure and available.
Optional analytics relies on consent (Article 6(1)(a)); refusing it does not prevent you from using the website or contacting us. Records may also need to be kept to meet applicable legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). These grounds apply only where the relevant law and the circumstances support them.
Service providers and transfers
Enquiry form service: Formspree. Its submission storage, processing locations and applicable terms must be reviewed for this account before launch.
The live hosting provider and its processing details must be confirmed before launch.
The enquiry email provider must be confirmed before live form delivery is activated.
The form service, hosting and email providers process information needed to receive enquiries, operate the website and deliver our correspondence. If optional Google Analytics is enabled and accepted, Google also processes analytics information. The current website has no advertising-data sales integration.
Provider processing locations and any international transfers, including the applicable safeguards, are awaiting confirmation. These details must be completed before this policy is used on the live site.
How long information is kept
The retention period or deletion criteria for enquiries and mailbox correspondence are awaiting confirmation. The website’s lack of an enquiry database does not mean that delivered emails are automatically deleted.
The hosting provider’s log retention period is awaiting confirmation.
Enquiry retention must cover both Formspree submissions and mailbox correspondence, including any backups. The cookie preference lasts up to 180 days.
There is currently no Google Analytics data collection. If analytics is enabled later, its data retention settings will need to be stated here.
Your choices and rights
For privacy questions or requests, contact info@cubixframe.com. Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your information, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or receive certain information in a portable form. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through Cookie settings, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier consent-based processing. Where applicable, you can also complain to the data protection authority in your country of residence, place of work or where an alleged infringement occurred.
External links and updates
External websites have their own privacy practices. This policy covers the Cubix Frame website and enquiry handling; a client project may need separate contractual privacy terms. We will update this page if the website’s data handling changes. Privacy contact: info@cubixframe.com.
